What services do you provide?

Once you appointed me to handle the transaction for you. My responsibilities included advertising, conducting viewings, negotiating to handling the paperwork. I also provided detailed financial planning to ensure that you are ready to move to the next property or investment.  With my 10 years sales of selling experiences, I can help to identified potential pitfalls and offer suitable solutions. I am well connected with competence lawyers and mortgage brokers to assist you all your housing needs. 

How long does it take to sell my house?

Usually the sales will be concluded within 3 months depending on market condition. Here, if could also take as short as a few days. Once appointed, I am confident to fulfil my obligation to sell your property within the contracted duration.

Do I have to pay for any addition marketing cost?

My professional services is based on a “No Sales No Fees” basic. Commission is payable for any successful transaction. In any event, if your property is unsold or if my appointment is terminated. I will never request for any fees. 

Do you cobroke with other agents?

Yes. I welcome cobroking. My interest is always in your interest to sell your property at the best possible prices and at the shortest possible time. This is only possible through cobroking with other property agents.

Currently, I have an agent that market for me. But I want to have an addition agent to do it on a non-exclusive basic. Will you be interested?

Yes. I am keen. Please contact me for more information. 

How long is your exclusive period?

As an industry standard, such exclusivity agreements are valid for up to three months. However, I can be flexible on the duration to suit the need of my clients. 

Will you be able to help if I have a property that is located in other parts of Singapore? 

Although I specialise in selling property in the West, I have also successfully transacted properties from Tampines, Woodlands to Telok Blangah over the past 10 years in the industry. Give me a call so that I can assist in your needs better. 

Will you be able to help if I have an oversea property for sale? 

I am afraid I can’t as I are not licenced to market oversea properties except for those new home been marketed by my company.  

What other services do you provided?

I not only specialise in selling but also buying and renting property. I also offered services such as upgrading, downgrading, buying new private home, retirement planning to buying an enbloc potential property.

What type of properties do you specialize in?

I deal mainly with residential properties located in Singapore only. I am well verse with HDB, condominiums to landed properties.
